When the contest continues on into the next week, the votes from the un-ended contest should be reset. Also submissions should be allowed to be changed. Thanks!

Yeah, that is a great suggestion. It has been added to the feature request list for v.next. Sorry that one slipped the list for so long... an oversite when we ported from v1 to v2.
